Return and Refund Policy

Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. A nominal charge will be applied to cover shipping and operational costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [karma08k@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for exchange.

In case of exchange/ replacement the product will be delivered within 7-10 days post verification of claim and confirmation of product condition after return at the warehouse.

Defective/ Wrong items

- Returns and replacements are only provided in case of the customer receiving faulty or defective product. All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 24 Hours of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact karma08k@gmail.com for assistance.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 24 Hours of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases. Refund timeline:

Refund will be credited within 7 business days to original source of payment, dependent upon confirmation and verification of the claim.
